Positiveness – Meditation karne ka sabse achha samy morning ka hota hai. Yah isiliye kyonki is samy environment clean, sant, aur mind fresh hota hai is samy ise karne se apne pure din ko energetic banaya ja sakta hai. sabse badi baat isse positiveness aati hai.
